🔧 Responsibilities include:

Monitor and maintain current inventory levels

Track parts orders and investigate discrepancies or delays

Collaborate with the Parts Manager to locate out-of-stock items
-
Ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for service jobs

Process and document parts returns
-
Review and process invoices for approval and payment
-
Verify parts and accessories availability for resale
-
Perform routine data entry and clerical tasks
-
Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile stock
-
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
✅ Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)

Ability to lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs.)

Strong attention to detail

Basic computer skills

Previous parts or inventory experience preferred

Team player with a positive, dependable attitude
💼 Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Saturday as required
